How to proceed?
- describe Your demand into the web formulary
- we will check Your demand and send You our offer (including the price, payment and delivery conditions)
- in case You accept our offer, please send us an order confirmation
- our service center registers Your order and assigns it an identification number
What will You need?
- if You take over the arm in person for a paid repair it is necessary to submit documentation as required by law (firearm license, firearm documentation or, as the case may be, purchase authorization)
- the firearm as such, cleaned and unloaded
- personal documents
The accomplishment of a repair or custom-made order
- we will inform You when the repair or custom-made order is completed
- You can take over the firearm
- We will take over the firearm according to the protocol
